I note at the bottom of this the contract was signed on the 1/10/2024. This is 3 weeks after my PCN noticeYep, very relevant. Say something like "The Claimant provided what it purports to be a contract with the landowner, but it was signed and dated on 1/10/24, some 3 weeks after the parking event. It also refers to a site plan which was not supplied. InstaVolt Ltd's contractual relationship in the situation is also unknown ie. whether they lease or own the land, and whether the Claimant has any rights at all to operate on land occupied by a third party.3
