Thanks for prompt response, i kept my eye on 8 steps.
Downloaded n180 questionnaire and already filled.
Now waiting until i receive original one so i can send mine

Hi all, 
I received directions questionnaire from court , then downloaded, filled and sent back 
Its been almost 2 weeks now and still no change on MCOL history.
Deadline is 1st of December.
Should i give them a call to make sure they received my directions questionnaire few days before deadline?

Check that you sent it to the correct DQ email address 

Check that you received the email auto response back from the CNBC in Northampton 

Email it again on Monday 1st December if its still not logged,  although they will probably do it this week 

If you do email it next week,  write URGENT,  UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS in the header,  and reattach the N180

Hi all,
So mediation call is booked for Wednesday 28.01

I know i have to offer nothing, but i have a question what evidence should i prepare if this eventually goes to court?

Study the WS bundle stage etc in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements 

It will go to your local civil court, of course it will, but they will chicken out before the hearing fee is due,  so no hearing 

Going to court is not the same as a hearing in court
