    Do not miss your deadline for submission. If it is ready (and you have had the seal of approval from @Coupon-mad, I would send it a couple of days before your cut-off date in case of IT glitches at the local court.

    I still didn't receive any emails or letters from court.

    Should i wait or just send it out mine?

    Since you have submitted your DQ and we are now discussing witness statements, I have assumed that you have received a Notice of Allocation and on that there will be a date for your hearing with a date to submit your witness statement and evidence.

    Then wait for that important court letter from your local civil court to arrive in the post

    There Is no timescale, but typically within 2 to 6 months
