In the image on my last comment showing the thread options I can see starting with ''Template' defence suggestion...' and '**NEWBIES PRIVATE PARKING...'
Do I find the '8 steps' in one of these?
Do I find any advice about the mediation call in one of these?
I've been searching for advice on this and scrolling through lots of things but not finding 'mediation' which may be covered in 8 steps. Trying not to ask same questions but panicking a little about what to do in 'mediation'.
