    Did you manage to call Wizz Air, if so what was their response ?
    Also, what was the ADR explanation for rejecting your claim ?

    Wouldnt he have the same issue ringing them if he wasnt actually the one who booked the flights?

    This is why you should never use a third party to book something with any airline.

    Most likely, it's the ADR response that's more pertinent and would be interesting.
