What's the date the Claim Form was issued?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

30 june
Top right of the N1SDT claim form, post that issue date below please ( must be quite recent )0 -
No no. I've already acknowledged it at the end of August0
-
In that case you had 33 days from the issue date, 30th June, to file the defence, so by 2nd August, it's now 20th September, so 7 weeks late already
Login to MCOL via your government gateway account and copy and paste your MCOL claim history below Please, let's see if you received a default CCJ yet, or if a bar was placed on your case by the CNBC
This is highly unusual because 11 weeks is an enormous amount of time, time you never had, 5 weeks is normal ( 33 days )0 -
Don't I have 28 days to file the defence from the acknowledgement date ?0

Or 28 days from the service date, which was 5th July, making the deadline 2nd August

No my mistake its POC on 19 of August. Apologies0

So let's see your MCOL claim history, copy and paste it below0

If that is the correct Smart Parking claim ( not your CEL claim ) then it is stating that they sent you an N180 DQ document 3 weeks ago, so if that arrived in the post then you should be emailing your downloaded and filled in N180 pdf to the DQ email address in the 8 steps in the defence template thread, first post
Ideally email it today, before Monday
Ps , the N180 stage is after a defence has been filed with the CNBC, but cant see anything about it on your picture0
