Future Package Holiday - Flight Times Changed

I'm sure this happens often but please forgive the ignorance.

I've booked and paid the minimum deposit for a Jet2 package, travelling in 11 months time. Booking made 2 weeks ago.

Flights have changed by -9.5 hours making the O/B flight awkward enough that it will make additional cost inevitable.

The email informing me of the change makes apologies but doesn't mention if the booking can be cancelled/deposit returned because of this change.

Does anyone know?
