CGT 30 Day Rule and ETFs

Hi
If you sell shares in an ETF that tracks a particular index such as the Nasdaq and within 30 days buy another ETF that tracks the same index with a different provider, does HMRC accept that for CGT purposes?

It's a different security so is fine under the share matching rules0

Yup, if you sell Vanguard eft and then buy simular iShares eft, its all good, seen as different shares.0
