Leather Seat Pad

The thin 'leather' covering my office chair is peeling. Anyone got any recommendations on sourcing a leather pad to cover my blushes?

Do you mean you want a piece of leather-effect cloth to re-cover the seat?  If so, Dunelm is my usual go-to for stuff like that.  They've usually got a decent range of stock, and the prices are pretty reasonable.

You can buy elasticated covers that will go over the seat.
