Thank you for your time so far.
How do I change the thread title?
Is it worth including something from the land owner? When I spoke to them previously they said that they had ended their contract with Smart Parking due to administritive errors leading to customers getting parking fines in error. Should I ask them for a statement detailing this?0 -
You can edit your thread title when your status changes from newbie to forumite
You can obtain written statements but nothing is included with the defence
You can add evidence etc to your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle next year, a few weeks before the pencilled in court claim hearing, same as everyone else
Meanwhile, use the defence in the Smart Parking DCB Legal group thread

I have used the defence template for Smart, thank you. Just had to change the location as it said 'Milton Keynes' in the example linked previously.
Thanks again! I will submit my defence to MCOL as it is the standard template. I will ask the landowner for the details and include them in my witness statement in due course.

Hello,
An update: I have direct collection bailiffs ltd calling and leaving automated messages asking me to call them back urgently.
My phone shows the number as suspected spam so I don't answer. Are they allowed to call me while my case is at this stage? (Submitted defence).
I'm a bit !!!!!! off they managed to get my phone number. I suppose that has to do with MCOL?
Thanks, as always.0 -

Its probably DCB LEGAL, so yes they can, and do ( they act on behalf of the claimant, you are acting for yourself. )
