TERMS AND CONDITIONS for KISS x CH4 (the “Competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1. THE ON AIR COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN 

1.Entry ROUTES and Costs	Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: (A) Online at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ Entries are restricted to one per person.  Online entry is free of charge.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	From Monday 22nd September – Friday 26th September 2025, one pre-registered entrant will be selected each day to come to air on KISS Breakfast with Jordan & Perri (06:00–10:00). Jordan and/or Perri will answer a set of GCSE-style questions on behalf of the chosen entrant. If Jordan or Perri answer the questions correctly, the entrant will win the prize package described in Section 5, based on their subject.  If Jordan or Perri fail to answer correctly, no prize will be awarded for that day. Shortlisting & Selection Entrants must pre-register via the online entry form before the closing deadline stated on the competition page. Each day, one entrant will be randomly selected from all valid pre-registrations to be brought to air. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted in advance by the KISS production team to confirm availability and consent to come on-air. If an entrant cannot be reached or is unavailable, another entrant may be selected in their place. Being selected to come to air does not guarantee you will win; winning is dependent on Jordan and/or Perri’s performance in answering questions correctly. The On-Air Segments Each on-air round will take place live between Monday 22nd September – Friday 26th September 2025. One entrant per day will be represented by Jordan and/or Perri. The presenters will be asked GCSE-style questions on a specific subject per day, and if answered correctly, the entrant wins the prize (Section 5) based on their subject that day.  Each daily round will produce one potential winner. There is the opportunity for up to five winners in total (one per day). Subject-Specific Prizes Each day’s GCSE-style questions will be based on a specific subject area (e.g., History, Science, English, Maths, etc.). The prize awarded will correspond to the subject of that day’s questions. For example, if the subject is History, the prize will be the Athens holiday package as detailed in Section 5. Only the prize linked to the subject of that day’s round will be available to win. Entrants cannot swap, transfer, or request an alternative prize from another subject. All prizes are subject to availability and the standard prize conditions outlined in Section 5. Presenter Substitution If Jordan and/or Perri are unavailable to take part in any of the on-air competition rounds, another KISS presenter (or presenters) may step in to represent the entrant. The replacement presenter(s) will take on the same role of answering the GCSE-style questions on behalf of the entrant, and the prize will still be awarded if the questions are answered correctly. The substitution of presenters will not affect the validity of the competition, the mechanic, or the prize.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Online for pre-registration at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/kiss/competitions/ from 18/09/2025 00:01 (“Start Time”) to 25/09/2025 23:59 (“End Time”). Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.  Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winners may be announced during the live period, on-air, on KISS.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.  Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. • Entries which do not comply with these Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Terms.

• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 

• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route. 

• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
