Advice on safes please

My son is a locksmith and, following his advice, we have a Phoenix safe. Its main purpose is to store our wills and other documents. Theft was not a particular concern. More so is fire and water damage. We keep it on the floor of our built-in wardrobe. It is not bolted down but is VERY heavy!#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Do those of you with fireproof safes find you need to open it to air it every few weeks to avoid moisture build up?
Am I better off buying a non-fireproof safe, then buying fireproof packs to put in it?0
