Ive added the POC.
Really messed up here, ive just had a hectic couple of weeks and has completely slipped my mind.
I do have the option to request the default to be set aside, but will i have any luck by simply just stating that i had forgot?

Post the Issue date from the top right of the MCOL claim form below
No you cannot use excuses like that
It would probably cost you £313 to try to get it set aside, with no guarantee of success or your money back
You may be best paying it in full before the deadline2 -
So sorry, but you will have to pay it in full. This has been an very expensive - as well as hectic - couple of weeks for you but your window to defend is now shut.
Get it paid (NOT instalments) immediately then get the only revenge you can. You missed one boat - the claim - so don't miss this one too:FIGHTBACK ALERT:
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline next week.

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam over 18 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
