Claim form from CNBC - can I change court?

Hi all, just a quick question: I have received a claim form from the Civil National Business Centre, St Katharines House. DCB legal is the claimant’s solicitor. I have indisputable evidence that my car was not in the car park at the period stated. The car park in question is in Manchester. I live close to Manchester. Will any court hearing be heard in Northampton or in a court local to the alleged breach of contract? Can I request that the hearing is held in Manchester or (even more convenient) in a court in Cheshire? It is really not feasible for me to attend a hearing in Northampton; the amount I stand to gain is capped at £95 but I would lose £500 in lost earnings and then I’d have to get a babysitter for £5 etc. Thanks

Can I request that the hearing is held in Manchester or (even more convenient) in a court in Cheshire?Of course - obviously the whole of E&W don't travel to Northampton for half a million case hearings! You choose the court later on: read IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN in the NEWBIES thread, post 2.
If the claimant is just ECP or Smart Parking there won't ever be a hearing anyway. DCB Legal discontinue those claims before hearings.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Can you give us more details?
And what are the Particulars of Claim on the form?2 -
