Can everyone tell me if this is correct or just one of those over excited sales assistants who seem to think the money that people save comes directly out of their pocket: I went to buy a regenerist olay cream wash £7.50, gave her the £5 off voucher and the 300 (I think) points voucher for regenerist. She asked me why I was trying to get £8 off of a £7.50 product, I just said that the two vouchers were valid, neither said they couldn't be used together. She then refused to put it through and even try both of them, which I thought was quite mean. It says on the first page of this post they should work.

Hi sarahlsmith22. I have tried this combination below before with success.

Regenerist Daily thermal skin polisher (£7.50)
    £5 skincare voucher.
    AC voucher for 300pts.

Today I tried it again but chose the cream wash instead of the skin polisher .
It would not go through.

So I put the cream wash back and substituted the polisher and it worked again, no problems. It is a really great deal and well worth getting as you only spend £2.50 and get 328 pts

The only thing I am assuming is that the cream wash is not classed as a facial skincare product and the skin polisher is. I am now the proud owner of 5 skin polishers (Oh well) I dont know what other items the 300pts voucher works for, but if anyone else does, please let us know. HTH.

BTW I know exactly what type of assistant you mean they are everywhere in Boots. Yet some others are just the opposite and go out of their way to help.:T
It's a pity we cant name and shame them. I bet they look for bargain when they go out though.

Yes I always go on my own because if I go with my DD she gets embarassed by my going round and round. Although she is happy to always order things from Boots when I go. My OH never comes thanks goodness.
