Same here, but I did have another 200 points off a £20 spend which came with OH mailing and a 100 extra points on £15 spend from acm machine - so happy enough with that.

(Wish I'd thought of it first....) so between 9am and my 10am appointment I hit the other three small Boots en route and managed to find them all for her, lol, plus another couple of small sets for me. I do love a challenge! Of course, I used a couple of 100 point for £15 spend vouchers as well during all of this, and came up with another three £5 skin care vouchers, ahem.

This has been a great thread, fun to follow and lots of rewards at the end. Thanks to everyone who participated!!!!! :beer: :T :beer:

Just online but they seem to have disappeared after being out of stock for a few days. I think they've notice the glitch and now things in the offer will add up to more than a £5 spend in return for the 500 points!

I wonder if so many of the staff are grumpy about the sale because they aren't allowed to look first (as Orlaith said in a few posts up). I think I'd be pretty miffed that the company didn't allow me to get first dibs if I worked there and perhaps they aren't allowed advantages cards so are miffed that they can't get all the points etc like we do? i'm trying to understand the curious nature of the narked boots worker. I have to say though the woman serving me yesterday was absolutely lovely....even with my 10 bags of shopping and a queue of 12 people behind me!

Most of the SAs I've ever deal with have been wonderful too (and yes, I phone CS if some has been particularly helpful and tell them ) This morning the lady who was serving me leant over and told another customer that there was a free gift with an item she bought and told another SA to run and get one! Then she produced a mag and asked if I'd had one yet . Lovely people.

i was talking to a manager in my store last week about the 75% sale and she was telling me that on top of the 75% if it something exclusive to boots which alot of it is they also get up to another 22% off, and yesturday i was talking to another sales assistant who said they had until 11.30 to pick what they wanted and put it to one side

Yep staff discount is 22% on boots brands and 12.5% on any other brands. I miss my discount card
