I got some great bargains at boots today, spent £43 mainly on the mini mode kids clothes and ended up getting 1490 points! I used the triple points on mini mode from PC, 350 points from machine for £30 spend, 200 points for £20 spend from mailing, and 500 points on £10 spend on baby items from PC and also the double points from mailing (still one more use of it left).
All the items I bought were half price in the sale as well so did really well for the money!!

Hi folks does anyone know if the £5 skincare vouchr will work in combo with the 500pts on Olay Total Effects? I'm thinking face wash say £7(not sure of exact price) - £5 voucher + 500 pts = Mr B pays me £3 to take it away or am i getting all excited for nothing?:o
Oh and my fellow Aberdeen Bootsers have any of you been to the No7 Counter in the Bon-Accord Centre? Is there any reduced goodies? Would love to get my mum that highlights powder from the new mag voucher with the minimum spend possible of course;)
Oh and guess what i'm :j i got a £10 Love to Shop voucher as compensation today from a Cigarette company for a dodgy pack of fags i got a couple of months ago it was a lovely surprise this morning! More stashed for the 75% sale! I don't think i can wait another 8 days i'm almost wetting myself with excitement now :rotfl: Sad i know but true:D
    Thought for today:-
There comes a time in your life when you realise who matters, who used to matter and those that never did;)
:T Now facing my debts instead of hiding from them!:T

Thanks to everyone on here than has helped me through my darkest days!:D

I did not realise that we could use more than one 'spend' voucher at a time. That is good news,:j as I have often been in the position of having more than one at the same time. I gather the till does not beep for them. (The computer say yes) Thanks for that scotsmum , I will try it.

Has anyone else had trouble with the vouchers in last months boots mag not scanning? today I tried to use the coke voucher and the olbas tissue voucher. Neither scanned. SA let me have the coke for free, but she said she'd need to call the manager to override the olbas voucher. I'd already handed over the 50p off AC voucher so I said not to bother. Truth is, I didn't want to draw attention to my purchases

I also had trouble with the AC voucher for free 17 wipes. I spent over 5.00 but till wouldn't accept voucher. SA removed the wipes from the sale and said I could have them, as I'd spent the required amount. I wonder if it didn't go through because I'd got the silver purse GWP aswell. Perhaps it doesn't work inconjunction with another offer:confused: I used 100points voucher from new mag too!
Yes - today the 1000 point Electric blanket one did not work, and the tills were charging for the magazine. Got the whole lot sorted, but took a while

I know I'm preaching to the converted, but check your receipts carefully
So many glitches, so little time...

Did you use the latest 5.00 skincare voucher on N7 ?
Just wondering, 'cos it doesn't say on my voucher that it can be redeemed against N7:confused: If it can, that's brill. Will need to go in search of more boots mags, so I can try the following: N7 wipes + high lights - 5.00 voucher - AC voucher. Total to pay, 1.50. I love N7 wipes :D

crazyposhgal, thanks for the new thread:A I must remember to print off the first page.

Hi Sally06, yes it's the new £5 skincare voucher thats given at the till for every £5 spend. Although it doesnt say No 7, I asked the sa to try it, and it worked, and I used them twice, so it's not a fluke. But don't forget it's just for skincare, not all the no7 range

Another tip is once you have the first one, make sure that you spend a little over £10 on your next spend. That way you get your £5 reduction, and a NEW £5 voucher. I missed out, in my excitement at it going through but I wont do it again.

Another tip, break your larger purchases down to make the most of it.

They're just giving money away, so we should take it and say thank you Mr Boots, seeya again soon. :j Also this voucher will not work if you are paying by points, I know because I asked to pay that way first, but then switched to cash

And as 3 for 2 is on, would you not get 3 items for £1.50?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
bumping this thread back up the forum because otherwise there is a danger that people may post on Part 13 thread rather than this one (Part 14)....and then we would just get confused.

Might be an idea for a mod to lock Part 13 thread now.

That's the one:D It's free WYB any N7 product (with mag voucher). Works with sale items too. I spent 1.00 today and got the high lights free:D
What did you manage to get for £1 ? I'd love one of the high lights but by the time I manage to get to a Boots I'm sure they'll be cleared out of all the cheap stuff :D

:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A
