A bit out of Boots topic.

What PTS? I checked that selling list and saw many Dior products. I love my Boots shopping, but I love Dior cosmetic items. My Boots store doesn't have Dior counter. How can I get a good offer of Dior items? Can't find from MSE. What about PTS? Would love if I have some collection like that person.

    Many thanks.
  • Hi all!

Just a few quick questions :- Do Boots sell stamps? also what is the minimum mobile phone top up?- is it £5 or £10 (can I pay using a gift card?)

Hope someone can help - THANK YOU!!XX

Regarding to PTS, do I need any invitation to sign up or any point offer like pigsback? If anyone wants to invite me, please send me a pm.

    Back to Boots related issue.

I read from somewhere here that 75% online will start on 10th Jan 08 and instore on 15th Jan 08. Does anyone have an idea what time the offer will start? So I can set my alarm clock early or go to bed late (if it will be at 1 am).

    Many thanks.

Yes, Boots sell first class stamp -- not sure whether for the large letter or not. I used to get 1st class normal. You can pay by giftcard, but not by points. You can't get any point or voucher back from buying stamp or paying for the prescription.

I used to buy Vodafone topup voucher for £5 only -- to get the skincare £5 voucher. You can topup by your boots pooints too. Many SAs said to me that you can't. So I politely asked them to try and it did work every time in many stores.

New voucher means online 500points offer on 2+ skincare items is back.

BUT this Sanctuary mask is only £1.79 http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1047502&classificationid=1018438.

So 2x sachets =£3.78 for 500 points too!

    Won't work on multiples - I tried!!

    HTHS;)

I tried this as well, gutted! I think i've done well though, got 848 points for a £38 spend but that includes a set of the phillips straightners which are going straight on ebay when I get them! And all the rest is stuff I buy anyway (except the face mask things but they're really cheap)

Called into a Small branch of Boots, in Liverpool. I had read about the oddments of bargains on a seperate shelf. It was in a section on its own by the front door

I found that they were selling No7 Time resisting night cream (half price) for £8.37. I was delighted as I use this all the time, and my husband paid full price for me at Christmas. ;)

Also bought 2 x No 17 brush purses, containing a full set of make up brushes and a £1.50 voucher in each @ £4.00 each

    Botanics sensitive cleansing wipes @£1.00
Also a couple of other odds and ends. I was given a £5.00 skincare voucher which I wasnt expecting.

Called back for a second visit on my way home, and noticed that No7 had 342 on again. So bought 3 more of the No 7 night cream, and used my skincare voucher. Yippee with the v0ucher, my 10% health club discount and 342, I bought 3 night creams for only £10.06 (Full price for one is £16.75)

Also noticed that they had Botanic moisturising body balm, for only 75p.(full price £3.00) The botanic range is on offer for buy one get 2nd half price. So 4 of them only cost me £2.24. These gave me another skincare voucher.

By now I was on a roll, so I went back and and bought the last night cream on the shelf, used the skincare voucher with it, and it only cost £3.03.
    :j
The 10% HC discount went a long way too, as most of the products were Boots. Looking back, I could have spread my purchases and ended up with a couple of extra skincare vouchers, but what the heck. All I need to do now is live another 40 years to use up all this cream.

BTW. SA said that the cream is full price everywhere else, its just reduced as they are no longer going to stock it. So I assume its only going to be in the larger stores. So it might be worth having a look in the smaller brances of Boots. Good luck
