Went to Hull prospect centre at 8.50am today, have stacks of stuff, particulalrly upstairs,

Got sportacus (sp) lazytown dressing up thing, didn't get stephanie but loads of them left,

got toates tosties stuff, loads of gift sets and appear to have loads of stock as massive boxes being put out. Also got lego Duplo set and baby Annabelle.

Then followed a fellow bootser to the boots near toys r us, bit of a waste of time as only one big shelf left thanks to a member of staff and her mum!!!!!

Try prospect centre if you are looking for bargains as was quite quiet when I was there.

I was pleased with Camberley too although I missed the 4 Baby Annabels that were there yesterday because DH had a doc's appt and I didn't get there until 9.30.

Feel like I have been run over, will have to spend the afternoon with legs up, and OH is knackered from making trips back to the car, but DID IT! (I was having serious doubts last night as knees are really stiff/painful).

Store opened at 9am and everybody was very relaxed, nicest sale I have ever been to! Staff were really pleasant, even though they could not get to the bargains themselves.

I have bought birthday, mother's day, Xmas 2008, etc gifts for most of the year!!!!! Just less than £100 (£400 worth!) but used my hoarded points so everything was FREE - I am still using the TD & Botanics face wipes from 2007, so didn't worry about skin care vouchers.

Hope everybody had a great time and got what they wanted!

Lots still left in Swansea, the upstairs is almost completely sale items.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • If you like the sanctuary stuff i think you will like the Naked products. There were lots of the Naked box sets for £3.75 in the boots i went to. Their stuff smells lovely.

Was at Cannock at 8.35 this morning, very quiet except a fellow MSE'r. No signs but staff confirmed 75% was on. Spent £40 but only handed over 50p thanks to pigsback vouchers. Lots still on shelfs no sanctuary sets this year though. Going to check out stafford in my lunch break.

    Happy Shopping everyone!

  • loads of stuff in coventry city centre, although it was getting VERY busy when I left at 9.45am. Really pleased with my haul, only spent £28 hard cash and the rest was points, and I got £231 worth. I'm sorely tempted to get my soggy boots back on (its torrential rain here) and go to the central six branch
N.B if your looking for toys, don't bother with the city branch unless you have a bratz fanatic cos thats all there was.

boots in great bridge wasnt too bad this morning, when i got there they still had the 1/2 price sale signs up, however the ladies around the sale section with bags and bags of items gave it away! think they opened early, as the SA i was talking to at 9:30am said she'd finished for the day and was off home!

not sure whether to try the boots in Merry Hill? does anyone have any info on this one?

also, has anyone seen the fajhita kits about? i bought one for my dad on 3 for 2 and would really like one for myself especially if there are any about on the 75%

i used £65 of points, and only have £14 worth left

thanks to everyone for the heads up on the dates!

Has anyone been to the meadowhall boots and do they know if there will be some stuff left tonight please

Yep, was there at 9am but they opened at 9.30! Staff were filling bags and bags of stuff as they were allowed to shop before it opened

Lots of stuff on shelves and lots being put out as well. Ruby and Millie stuff disappeared v. quickly, dont know if they have any more.

Really annoyed, tried the free highlighter with tan wipe but wouldnt work. Guy on tills at photo area even tried it on its own but it would not scan. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyhoo, pleased with what i got.

Will think there will be plenty of stuff tonight for you.
