pollsdollsWhy is it all so secret, I don't get it. Its not free, and they are a business, who want to sell their stuff. If anyone knows any different can you please post. Thanks
I was at the retail park in Speke last year on the first day of the 75% sale and the staff were taking it in turns to jump off the tills whilst covering for one another to grab a few bargains for themselves. Can't say I really blame them but not if they are giving out false information.
Hope it is tomorrow so happy bargain hunting everyone! :j0 -

I agree with you, if I worked in Boots I would want to be able to grab some bargains. The problems lay with Management for either a) keeping the staff in the dark about proceedures, or b) Forbidding staff to keep information secret. I dont know which is correct.
I have written a letter of complaint to My Main Boots store, and sent a copy to head office. I have challenged them to explain why such a large retail chain is so secret about their sales etc. Touched on staff attitude and customer service.
Lets not forget it's people like us who keep Boots on top. I think we have been treated appallingly. When you look at these posts, they range right acorss the UK, and we are only the tip of the iceberg. Everyone who was given false information, has had their lives disrupted needlessley. We all have arrangements to make in our lives. Regarding travel, childcare work etc. all messed up due to lack of communication.
Sorry rant over. I am getting more bolshie, the older I get:eek: ~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
Heres an idea!! wonder if it would have worked haha! buy what you want say a week or two into the sale and then return it with your receipt when the 75% sale is on and before the SA puts them back on the shelf say ................... emmm i want to buy them all back now!!!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:oooooooh i luv a bargain0 -
Hello everyone, a Boots newbie here!
I see that the Oral B 8500 toothbrush is reduced online to £38 and wondered if that was instore too?
Also, the 1st post says that the 2000 points on oral b from the parent club 'goes through automtically'....does that mean I don't need a coupon to get the 2000 points (I suspect I'm confusing myself here)?

Anyone know if the scents of attraction perfume sets wil go to 75%?
i notice they are 1/2 price on .com but seperate to the normal 75% stuff and i saw some instore today and would get them at 75%... but not 50%..
thanks0
