    Evening all

    Can someone please advise me.

I have received the DQ and returned it online to both the court and DCBLegal in the early hours of Saturday morning just gone. Was due in by this Thursday 7th May.

I received an acknowledgment email from both within a few minutes so no problem there.

However ,after checking the Mcol today it is only showing the DQ that the claimant has registered, not mine.

Should I be concerned that it is not going to register in time or is it adequate enough that it was acknowledged that it was sent?

    Please advise

    Many thanks

No, because you received the receipt email response

But, keep checking every few days until the CNBC log your N180, probably next week sometime ( or the week after )

    Hi Gr1pr

thank you for such a quick response

Was just concerned that it wasn't going to show as being registered in time if it wasn't showing on the Mcol.

    Thank you

The CNBC may put a bar on it, to stop the lawyers hitting the request judgment button

Sorry to be bit thick but does that basically mean that the lawyers may use the fact it isn't registered to just have the case judged quickly without a hearing as such so the CNBC have to block the facility for them to do so?

But basically, you are telling me I don't need to worry and that I have done what I needed to do at this point?

    Again,many thanks for your patience!

You have proof that you have done what you needed to do before the deadline

The fact that the CNBC take time to process your email correctly and promptly is their problem, not yours !

Do keep an eye on your claim history

    Do not stress about it

Let us know when its been logged and keep following those 8 steps

I know a lot of us get into a flap and just need reassurance that we are doing the right thing.

    Cheers
