I would say it’s quite high. I’m currently paying 10.5k installation costs to build a whole new bathroom in my house, which includes knocking down a wall, building a new wall, new soil pipe etc, water tanking whole bathroom. the only extras I have to pay for are the actual tiles and bathroom fittings
I know! Its ridiculous. Do you know which watertanking brand is being used ?

My parents bathroom is about 9ft by 8ft sorry I don't even know how to convert to metres. I think the price is somewhat extortionate. They had another quote for £3,500 and that again all materials would need to be supplied

That is approx 3 metres by 2.7 M, so a reasonable size. - £3500 is ridiculously cheap.

We paid around £7K to refit a similar size bathroom. Installer supplied the shower as part of the price and we bought the rest - was about £1.5K . No tanking though .

Thanks for the calculation in size I am terrible at that! Yes this is why I was concerned from being told £10k to £3.5k is a huge difference! Just had someone pop by he has said again all material we supply and he will charge £7.5k. to do the whole bathroom renovation as required. This is just so confusing.  I am waiting for someone else this evening to come in person but sent photos in the meantime and he said including materials but not the vanity unit, shower accessories etc but he will fit it in, but it will be around £12k.  :D
