Group Nexus sent me a POFA compliant letter and then sent me a non POFA compliant reminder

I got a POFA compliant letter (identical to one on the forum) and then a completely non compliant reminder letter 16 days later which fails to mention POFA in any way shape or form on it. Does that essentially undo any POFA compliance they had with the original?

Oh apparently not mentioning POFA isn't something that makes it non compliant...? Getting mixed messages on what I'm reading from people0

The reminder is irrelevant, only the first one is relevant regarding POFA 2012, reminders dont have the POFA requirements on them
So only the first letter is the one to study1 -
The PoFA warning is only required on the Notice to Keeper (first letter), no requirement beyond that. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Easiest and cheapest option. No paying. Just tell them if you move house within 6 years.
Come back here if you get a claim form which is far, far easier than any appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
