Breakdown cover when you have business insurance on your car

I have been told by the RAC that because I have business insurance on my car (I work for the nhs and sometimes visit people’s homes with colleagues) that I cannot have standard personal or vehicle cover, it has to be “business” cover. They said that If I had the personal cover and traveled in someone else’s car who had business insurance, I couldn’t use it. Is this correct?!

If you look at their standalone policy book https://www.rac.co.uk/pdfs/breakdown/310314-drive-uk-breakdown-terms-and-conditions.pdf
It states you have to add an optional extra business use cover if you use your personal vehicle for business use.
If you are talking about adding breakdown to your Motor cover you would need to check the terms with your insurer - they are likely to be on their website.0
