Partner had the following email on the 24th Nov and only just seen it. This is a screenshot of the email and attached was an N180 filled in for Euro Car Parks. Not sure exactly what is meant to be done next?

Then you need to carefully study the 8 steps that nobody seems to read in the first post in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad
Wait for the CNBC to post an N1803 -
Not sure why it wasn't showing, I can see it currently. Will go read now. Partner panicking and I'm trying to work!Gr1pr said:No attachments or pictures above

Wait for the CNBC to post an N180
This was on MCOL:

If MCOL is showing that the CNBC posted out the N180 DQ document to the defendant, download the N180 pdf document from the government website, fill it in, save it, and email it to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton as an attachment, stating the case reference number etc ( emailed by the defendant , nobody else )
CC the info@ email address for dcb legal, job done
One N180 pdf document, one completed attachment, one email, 2 destinations , simple
Absolutely no need for anyone to panic
If its NOT showing as posted, wait until it does, then do as explained above4 -
Why aren't you still following the 8 steps you started when you defended? It's all there.Gr1pr said:No attachments or pictures above

Just to update this post as I've just had the mediation call.
The person in charge of the mediation was not happy to start with a £0 offer seeing as they had already dropped from £260 - £170 so went in at £20 although this already seemed expensive for 18min a overstay a free car park.
Was countered at £100. £30 was countered at £80 (original £60 + £20 admin fee), £40 at £60 and then met at £50.
Whilst I know many would have dug their heels in at zero my other half was quite happy to pay the £170 just for it all to go away and to be honest it's not even my ticket and it was getting annoying trying to sort everything although I will be more prepared now should it ever happen again!
Many thanks for everyone's help along the way.

Not bad. No profit for them and less than the discounted PCN in the first place.
I sort of get it but…
… it would have been nothing if the D had just said 'no' and put the phone down because Euro Car Parks always always discontinue. Zero to pay.
