Partner had the following email on the 24th Nov and only just seen it. This is a screenshot of the email and attached was an N180 filled in for Euro Car Parks. Not sure exactly what is meant to be done next?

This was on MCOL:

If MCOL is showing that the CNBC posted out the N180 DQ document to the defendant,  download the N180 pdf document from the government website,  fill it in,  save it,  and email it to the DQ email address at the CNBC in Northampton as an attachment,  stating the case reference number etc ( emailed by the defendant , nobody else   )

CC the info@ email address for dcb legal,  job done 

One N180 pdf document,  one completed attachment,  one email,  2 destinations , simple

Absolutely no need for anyone to panic

If its NOT showing as posted, wait until it does, then do as explained above

Why aren't you still following the 8 steps you started when you defended? It's all there.
