Smart Parking-DCB court claim

Your help would be hugely appreciated, please.
I have only just found the letter but it is dated 27th August, so I will be late responding.
The claim is dating back to August 2020, I have ignored all previous correspondence but until about a month ago I had not received any chasing letters for about 5 years.
I don't have a defence, I don't recall if I went over the time I paid for or not.
Is it worth me fighting it?
TIA

Is the AOS done on MCOL via your government gateway account ?
If not , get it done, NOW
Then your defence submission deadline will be Monday 29th September at 4pm
Its definitely worth fighting, just study the recent paragraph 3 and 4 examples in other Smart Parking cases on here in the last 2 weeks or so, easy peasy2 -

Yes, it's on MCOL.
I'll take a look at the other case.

Available options
A Judgment has been entered against you. You cannot respond to the claim at this time but you may apply for the judgment to be set aside.
Please be aware that there is a fee to process the application. If you cannot afford to pay this fee you can check if you are eligible for help with court fees by downloading the EX160A booklet. If you believe you are eligible for fee remission you must not submit your application via the Money Claim Online website.
What should I do in this situation please?

If you'd acknowledged it in time (then defended using our template defence) you'd never have paid a penny.
You missed it by ONE day. Sorry...
Sadly you didn't acknowledge in time (by yesterday), so you've lost your chance. Pay it IN FULL to DCBLegal. So sad. Such a waste and it's paying a scam industry.
You missed that boat.
Don't miss this one, get your revenge:FIGHTBACK ALERT:
Please do the government's Public Consultation. We need every poster to complete this vital survey before the deadline next week.
See this thread:
We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that. It doesn't matter; no knowledge is needed except re your own experiences so you can call out a scam industry and you'll protect millions of motorists and help change the law.
I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.
Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam over 18 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.
CLOSES ON FRIDAY 26th SEPTEMBER.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
