Musical Instrument Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor and Organizer

This Giveaway is organized by Musora Media Inc., headquartered at 31265 Wheel Ave #107,

Abbotsford, BC V2T 6H1 (“Musora Media”).

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, affiliates,

and family members of Musora Media are not eligible to participate. All entrants must comply

with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by

law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation in the Giveaway does not violate local

laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and

the decisions of Musora Media, which are final and binding in all matters.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on September 2nd at 12:00 AM PDT and ending on

September 30th at 11:59 PM PDT. All online entries must be received by September 30th, 2025,

by 11:59 PM PDT.

5. How to Enter

To participate in this Giveaway: Submit your email address via www.musora.com/21-questions

and answer the survey provided at the time of entry. Entries that are incomplete or do not

adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Musora Media.

There is no purchase necessary. All entries are the property of Musora Media.

6. Limit on Entries

Limit of one entry per person using one email address. Additional entries may be gained by

activating a free course (no purchase necessary). Musora Members will automatically receive a

bonus entry upon completion of the survey.

7. Grand Prizes

The prizes for this Giveaway are one (1) Earthworks Recording Package, one (1) PM40 Piano

8. No Substitution – No Transfer
Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as described and awarded, and may not be

substituted for cash or otherwise. All Prizes are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any

kind.

9. Delivery, Customs/Duties and Taxes

Musora Media will be responsible for all delivery costs, including customs/duties charges and

taxes for the Prize.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

Seventeen (17) winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries on October 1,

2025. Each winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection and asked to send a

reply email confirming delivery and other details necessary for Prize fulfillment. If a winner is

ineligible and does not reply as required within 14 days from the date of the email notification,

such winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited by such winner. Musora Media

may then select another winner by a random draw from all remaining eligible entries, and the

above-noted process shall apply to the winner. A winner may be requested to provide proof that

such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected

entry.

11. No Liability

Musora Media shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s

spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise

non-functioning contact information. The receipt by the winner of the Prize is conditioned upon

compliance with any and all local, provincial, state and federal laws and regulations. ANY

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY ANY WINNER (AT MUSORA MEDIA'S

SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER

OF THE GIVEAWAY AND THE PRIZE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY FORFEITED.

12. General Conditions

Musora Media reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of approximately equal value,

in its sole discretion, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time,

without prior notice. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Musora

Media and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners,

representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any and all

liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or

indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in this

Giveaway and/or any acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion

thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to the malfunctioning of any

computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any

transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part

of the entry process or this Giveaway; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the

administration of this Giveaway or the processing of entries.

13. Data Privacy
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Musora

Media for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and for future promotional outreach,

subject to our Privacy Policy. In addition, winners consent to the use of their name and/or city of

residence on Musora Media’s website, Facebook page, X, Instagram, and other social media

accounts for promotional purposes.

14. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be

handled in the applicable courts of British Columbia, Canada.

15. Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social

media platforms where this Giveaway is promoted.
