UK mobile phone use while in America

Hi all, I am a UK citizen, and will be in America (east side), for 3 weeks next month, on part holiday, part business. I need to use my UK mobile phone number while in America, for calling and receiving.

What would be the cheapest way for me to call UK mobile numbers from America, using my UK mobile number while in America please?

Get a separate prepaid SIM with a Go Roam/Roam Like Home offer or look into what your provider offers. Failing that, you can use a calling application that displays your number, but you'll have to pay for calls received.

You should be able to claim all work calls on your business expenses and you can avoid using your work mobile for personal calls...so I'm not sure what the issue is

Yep, when I call the clients from the USA, it needs to look like I'm calling from my usual UK mobile number.

Both current sim slots on the dual are full with sim cards.

E-sims are an alternative to the physical ones, so having both card slots filled doesn't preclude the use of an e-sim, but only if your phone has the capability, hence the question.

Indeed, but only two SIMs (of either flavor) can be active at one time.
