Smart Parking PCN Issued in Scotland

Hi all, 

Just wondering how the appeal process works in Scotland?

Any quick fix like in England?

Used EV Charger in an overflow car park, no specific signage relating to Smart Parking etc.

Car park was associated with Bannatyne gym but assume that EV charging is publicly available

If they don't know who was driving,  IGNORE 

There is no quick fix in England for the vast majority of PCN's,  you believed a myth

Why are you taking it seriously? Ignore it.

The law will change next year with the Code of Practice but you can read about that on plenty of other Scotland parking law change threads at your leisure.
