Hi again.
I'd just like to take this opportunity to once again thank everyone who contributed to this thread and let you know that the ombudsman has found in my favour and has instructed my supplier to fit a 7 port meter in order to control the switching of my hot water circuit in the same way as it was via the RTS.
Hopefully the information, that has so generously been given in answer to my questions, has helped others with similar issues.7
