Hope someone can help, I have just received the following email requesting over £700!
Should I assume this is genuine? They have the correct vehicle listed and I have driven in London before but I've not received any letters in the post. How did they even get my email?

Tracing someone's details is cheap and easy these days
As its not about private parking, please try the FTLA parking forum website2 -
Is your V5 up to date and showing your current address? If not that will be why you received nothing from TfL.3

Why not just fill in the TEC forms to reset it? The FTLA forumites are the experts and they will tell you if this is still an option.Karma said:Hi,

We assume your V5C had an old address on it. Big oversight, if we are right.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
