Our Terms & Conditions
• The business offering the prize is subject to its own set of terms & conditions, please see below.
• Go New Forest and the competition provider reserve the right to change any terms & conditions without giving any prior notice.
• Strictly one entry per person.
• The winners will be notified via email. Please check your junk and spam folders in case the winning confirmation email is flagged. If no response is received after 14 days then the prize will be forfeited and Go New Forest reserve the right to offer the prize to another winner.
• By entering the competition, if you are the winner you are agreeing that Go New Forest have permission to send your details to the businesses offering the prize, so that they can contact you direct regarding your prize. 
• All personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• Entry into the Prize Draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Prize Draw closes at 12noon on Monday 29 September 2025. Entries received after that date will not be considered.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• No purchase is necessary.

 

New Forest Cottages' Terms & Conditions
• The prize consists of a 3-night stay at Horseshoe Cottage (ref A727) for up to 2 adults, to a maximum total value of £700.
• The prize must be booked and taken by 31st December 2026 and is subject to availability.
• The booking value is strictly capped at £700; any costs above this amount are the responsibility of the winner.
• The prize does not include travel, food, insurance, or any other expenses not expressly stated.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, transferred to another property, or exchanged for a cash alternative.
• The prize is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the named winner.
• If, for any reason, Horseshoe Cottage becomes unavailable, New Forest Cottages reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
• Entrants must be 18 years or over. Horseshoe Cottage is an adult-only property and sleeps a maximum of 2 adults; no pets are accepted.
