Napier Parking fine - do they have to evidence I was parked in wrong area?

New forumite here. I received a fine from Napier parking with photos of my vehicle entering and exiting the car park after 15 minutes. However its a shared car park with Sainsbury's, and the entrance/exit serves both free and paid for areas. I appealed and asked for evidence that I parked in the paid area and they haven't provided it - they say their internal appeal process is now closed. Am I entitled to see a photo of my vehicle parked in their area? I believe I parked in a Sainsbury's parking space. Should I pursue this?

You have not received a "fine" it's just an invoice for breach of contract, but you are dealing with scammers after money, no appeal at this stage would work they are an unregulated profit centre. If it has images of going in and out that will be ANPR, what does the actual PCN give for the charge?Have you complained to the land owner (plan A)If this is a free and a paid for car park, there has to be a further mechanism you have not complied with surely?0
