I haven’t had any significant details from ABTA yet, just an acknowledgment of my complaint. Hopefully I’ll have some more information within 28 days.I also had an email from ‘Escalation Support Executive’ after emailing S. Heapy as you recommended. I should hear back from them within 14 days.0

I had an email from ABTA. They have stated they cannot uphold a complaint due to it being holiday illness. Jet2 have now handed me over to the legal team. I’m unsure of what the outcome will be or when I’ll expect a decision or appropriate response.0

The positive is that Jet2 are still in communication with you. They do have a better record than most tour operators as far as customer service is concerned.2
