Terms and Conditions

Fix Radio Ltd is the Promoter of this competition. By entering this competition, you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions, the Fix Radio Privacy Policy as well as the additional terms outlined below, which apply specifically to this competition.

• Entry Limit: Each person may enter only once. Any additional entries will be discarded.
• Competition Duration: The competition will run on air from 15/09/2025 to 09/10/2025.
• Sign-Up Period: Entries open at 00:00 on 15/09/2025 and close at 09:00 on 08/10/2025. Sole entry route is via the Win page at fixradio.co.uk
• How to Play:
  • One contestant will be randomly selected via a random number generator to play Howdens Tradefest Accumulator during each episode of Down Tools.
  • The show airs Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 19:00.
  • The first game will be played on 22/09/2025.
  • The final game will take place on 09/10/2025.
  • A total of twelve games will be played (subject to final confirmation).
• Contestant Eligibility:
• Once a contestant has played, they will not be eligible for future draws in this competition.

Prize Breakdown

The maximum available daily cash prize per game is £500 – which can accumulate further as per gameplay.

The total amount of cash available over the 3 weeks of gameplay will be £6000.

Contestants may choose to return if they are successful when they play to further build their cash jackpot.

• If a contestant answers a question incorrectly, they lose all accumulated winnings. 
• If a contestant answers correctly, their jackpot increments by £500 and they have the choice to return on the next occasion the game is played to answer another question for the chance to increase their prize by another £500, or they can choose to not return and take the winnings to date.
• On the final day of gameplay, the playing contestant will not have the choice to continue to play.
• All gameplay decisions made by Fix Radio presenters and producers are final.

Prize Distribution

• All cash prizes will be paid within 14 days of the end of the competition, directly into winners UK bank account. No other payment method will be considered. Bank account details will be requested for transfer of prize money following a win.
