Hi, My wife recently canceled a Paramount+  tv subscription with Amazone, she has since had a email and letter from Termination expert.com saying that they had sent a letter on her behalf to cancel the subscription, and a charge of £32, she said she canceled direct herself and did not know anything about termination expert, she did not reply or pay them thinking a scam, since the she has had another letter now asking for £38  including reminder fee of £6.50, and if not paid by 19th Sep will add another £10 , this is causing her stress. on the letter it shows a bar code to scan to make a transfer, She went to her bank to try to pay but the bank told her they cannot make the payment as 1 digit is wrong on the details so no payment can be made and they think this is a scam, this is the only payment method they use , she contacted T/E and they said  fill out payments manually, but this do not work, Now she do not know what to do next as the price increase is in a few days and no way of paying, they are based in the Netherlands and only reply by email, she has talked to banks and action fraud team, and Amazone and told not to pay as its a likely scam, any advice on this will be very welcome
