The Prize: One winner will receive a holiday to Saint Lucia for two adults, which includes:

o Return economy flights from London to Saint Lucia

o Five (5) nights' accommodation at Bay Gardens Resorts on a bed & breakfast basis

o Return on-island airport transfers

o A Rhythm of Rum Tour at St. Lucia Distillers

The prize must be redeemed in a single trip and is subject to availability. Travel must be

completed within 12 months of notification. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited

to peak seasons, UK school holidays, Easter, Christmas, and New Year. Additional blackout

periods may also apply.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible and completed entries.

Entrants must provide their legal name. Any entrant using multiple identities or emails will

be disqualified. Only one entry per person is allowed.

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and

request a short testimonial and images for promotional use, subject to the winner’s

agreement.

Entries made on behalf of another person or submitted in bulk will not be accepted.

Syndicated entries are not permitted.

All travel must be booked via the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority. The winner must contact

sltainfo@stluciauk.org to coordinate prize arrangements.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. It

cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

11. Travel to and from the UK airport (London), travel insurance, meals (outside B&B), personal

spending, and other incidentals are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the

winner.12. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Bay Gardens Resorts and all relevant

suppliers involved.

13. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements,

including valid passports with a minimum of six months’ validity and any necessary visas or

vaccinations. UK passport holders do not require a visa to enter Saint Lucia.

14. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Bay Gardens Resorts do not accept responsibility for any

loss, injury, or damage suffered by any entrant or winner during the prize trip, except where

caused by negligence.

15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days

of being notified, an alternate winner may be selected.

16. Should the Bay Gardens Resorts property become unavailable for any reason, no alternative

accommodation or compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

17. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid passport and major credit card. A pre-

authorisation of approximately US$350 will be taken for incidentals and released at check-

out, subject to charges.

18. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion and

these terms and conditions without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

19. The winner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition is

administered and managed by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, who will act as the point of

contact for prize fulfilment.
