    Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

    Registration:

    In order to enter the Prize Draws, you will need to: (i) register for an ITV Win account (“Account”) and (ii) create a ‘Win Win with People’s Postcode Lottery’ player profile, by clicking the ‘Win Win with People’s Postcode Lottery’ tile on the ITV Win website (www.itv.com/win), scanning the QR code shown during the on screen promotion (“QR Code”) or by going to the www.itv.com/winwin (“Website”) or www.stv.tv/winwin(“STV Website”). The QR Code and STV Website will be redirected to the Website.

    Once on the Website you will need to enter your first name, surname, date of birth and your UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man registered mobile phone number.

    If you do not have a pre-existing Account, you will be sent a PIN to your mobile number that you will then be required to enter on the Website to authenticate your registration and create your Account.

    Once you have created your Account, you will need to complete your ‘Win Win with People’s Postcode Lottery’ player profile by: (i) entering your email address and postal address; and (ii) accepting the terms and conditions.

    These registration steps must be completed and you must be logged into your account before you will be able to participate in any Prize Draws.

    Opening/closing date & time:

    • Prize Draws in relation to the Win Win with People’s Postcode Lottery programme (the “Programme”) open for entries online via the Website as instructed during the Programme.

    Round Prize Draws:

    There are three (3) Prize Draws corresponding with three (3) rounds of questions (each consisting of five (5) multiple-choice questions) (each a “Round”), featured in the Programme (“Round Prize Draws”).

    Each Round will be replicated on the Website during the transmission of the Programme.

    If an entrant answers all five (5) multiple-choice questions in the Round, they will be entered into a Prize Draw for that Round. Entrants do not need to answer the questions correctly in order to be entered into the corresponding Prize Draw, but they must answer all questions in the Round within the times set out on the Website.

    Entrants must have registered for and be logged into their Account before the relevant Round begins in order to be eligible to participate in the relevant Round’s Prize Draw.

    Entrants who did not log into their Account before the relevant Round begins, may still play along with the Round but will not be eligible to enter that Round’s Prize Draw, nor the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw.

    Entrants will need to ensure that they have a reliable internet connection and that they do not move away from their browser at any time whilst playing. Entrants should not change devices whilst participating in each Round.

    Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw:

    If an entrant answers all questions in every Round (fifteen (15) questions in total), they will be given the opportunity to opt-in, by way of tick box, to be entered into the ‘Millionaire’s Row’ Prize Draw, for a chance to win the Millionaire’s Row Prize.

    Winner selection & contact:

    (i) Round Prize Draws

    • The Round Prize Draws will take place within ten (10) minutes of each Round closing in the Programme.

    • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win that relevant Round’s Prize.

    • Details of the three (3) Round Prize Draw winners will be announced during the Programme, using the winners first names, first initial of their surnames and towns. Please note that any public announcement made regarding a winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry if it is believed to not be a legitimate name, e.g. uses profane or defamatory words, is nonsensical or is a registered company name. All decisions shall be made in the Promoter’s sole discretion.

    • The Round Prizes are time critical and the winners will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below). Entrants will be contacted by the telephone number provided and must be contactable for seventy-two (72) hours after the end of the Programme.

    (ii) Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw

    • The Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw will take place within two (2) hours of the end of the Programme.

    • A list of up to forty (40) eligible entrants  will be randomly selected and these entrants will be contacted in the order of the random selection on Saturday 6 September 2025 between 8.30pm and 11pm and asked: (i) standard eligibility questions; (ii) to confirm that they are willing to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, background check, social media check and mental health assessment and fill in a medical declaration form (“Checks”); (iii) to confirm that they are available for filming on Wednesday 10 September 2025 (no requirement to travel); and (iv) to confirm that they are available for all remaining show recording dates (filmed at Elstree studios. Hertfordshire) as follows (“Recording Dates”):

    • Thursday 11th September

    • Thursday 18th September

    • Thursday 25th September

    • Thursday 2nd October

    • Thursday 9th October; and

    (v) to confirm they consent to their first name and first initial of their surname, town and the first part of their postcode to be shown on air.

    • Entrants will be contacted until there are ten (10) entrants who fulfil criteria (i) to (v) above.

    • The ten (10) entrants will be given full details as to how to complete their DBS check and social media check and this must be done before the deadline of 11am on Sunday 7 September 2025 (“Deadline”), as explained during the initial contact.

    • If all Checks are completed before the Deadline and to the Promoter’s satisfaction (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion), up to ten (10) entrants will be entered into a random draw and the first three (3) names drawn will undergo a mental health assessment. As per the drawn order, and subject to a successful mental health assessment, the entrant drawn at number 1 (one) will win a seat on Millionaire’s Row. Should the first three (3) entrants be unsuccessful, the next three (3) will be drawn and so on.

    • The Promoter, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate: (i) any phone call with an entrant; or (ii) any entrant’s participation in the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw process at any time, if such entrant displays abusive or offensive behaviour, including, but not limited to, using obscene, vulgar, racist, discriminatory, derogatory, threatening or offensive language and/or shows clear signs of intoxication (“Unacceptable Behaviour”). Where an entrant displays Unacceptable Behaviour, the Promoter may remove them from the Millionaire’s Row Prize Draw process and any Millionaire’s Row Prize (including the Episodic Prize) will be forfeited.

    Round winners and those being considered for Millionaire's Row will be called by the producers of the Programme from withheld numbers.

    How to enter & cost of entry:

    • You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number per Round is permitted. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

    • By entering the Prize Draws, you confirm the following:

    • You are 18 years or over and are a UK resident;

    • You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV, STV, Hello Dolly Limited, Postcode Lottery Limited or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draws;

    • You have read and accept these Win Win with People’s Postcode Lottery terms and conditions;

    • You have read and accept the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms; and

    • If you win, the Promoter may include and/or announce in the Programme, on the Websites, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at its discretion your first name and first initial of your surname and town as in the form indicated by you on the entry page, details of the prize that you have won and/or correct answers you gave. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms.

Certain elements of the prize may require certain additional information and/or proof of ID from you in respect of you and any other attendees prior to issuing a ticket and hospitality items. Your entitlement to the Ashes Tickets (and any associated hospitality items) shall be conditional on the provision by you of such information. The Millionaire’s Row Prize will include:

    • return standard class rail or air travel (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion) for the winner of the Millionaire’s Row Prize from the train station or airport closest to the winner’s home to Elstree on each of the Recording Dates, returning either the same day or the day after the relevant Recording Date, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion;

    The Millionaire’s Row in-Programme game takes place during the final show of the series and will consist of three (3) rounds of questions that will determine two players who will play a ‘penalty-shoot-out’ game, where each of them is asked five (5) questions and the one who gets the most correct wins. The gameplay rules will be explained in detail to the players in the studio and players will be asked to sign a document to confirm they understand and will abide by those rules. One player of Millionaire’s Row will win a minimum of one million pounds (£1,000,000).

    The Episodic Cash Prize will be made payable by BACS in the name of the winner only and will only be payable if the Millionaire’s Row Prize winner appears on all the Programmes they are required to attend, and will not be payable until after the final show of the series has been broadcast. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner of the Millionaire’s Row Prize does not appear on the Programme for any reason, they will forfeit the Episodic Cash Prize and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, re-allocate the Millionaire’s Row Prize.

    The Prizes exclude transportation between the mainline station and hotel, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses and anything not specifically referenced in this Prize section.

    In the event that some of the fifteen (15) questions across the show were unplayable by any entrant, the Promoter will choose a Millionaire’s Row winner from the entrants who answered the remaining playable questions.

    In the event that all fifteen (15) questions across the show were unplayable by any entrant, the Promoter will choose a Millionaire’s Row winner from everyone who has registered to play the game.

In the programme you’ll be told when a round is about to start and there will also be a countdown timer on the website. You will play at the same time as the studio contestant. Each round has five questions that you must answer before the timer runs out.

    You’ll need to make sure you have a reliable internet connection and that you don’t move away from your browser at any time whilst playing. You also shouldn’t change devices whilst playing.

    I can’t get the QR code to work?

If you are eligible you will be told on the website and asked if you agree to be included in the draw and some eligibility criteria.

    At the end of the series all the contestants on Millionaire’s Row have the opportunity to compete and one person will win at least £1m!

    What are the Top Ten questions?

    These are after each round and near the end of the show. You can play on the website, but these questions are just for fun for home players.

    How will I know if I am a winner?

    The round winners will be shown on air when possible (first name, first initial of surname and town). If you are a winner you will be contacted by phone and you must answer within 72 hours. The first call will be attempted that evening after the show. Please note that any public announcement made regarding a winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
