I don’t think so, and I don't think there would be much demand for such a feature.0

You could close the account (not transfer it through CASS).0

Not as far as I know, you can often block debit card transactions but I've never seen the ability to block incoming ones. Closing it is the only way I can think of.0

Want to tell us why? Might be another way to achieve what you want although it sounds unlikely.1

Ask the person making the payment not to do it seems to be the obvious answer. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -

Cancel at source, as we don't know why, we can only guess.
The only "incoming" payments I have are from salary, some premium bonds wins or gifts. I could tell each company or person to stop or redirect elsewhere.
If something dodgy like prince of Nigeria is paying you £5 expecting £1000 to be returned then notify your bank, I'm sure they could do something..

So he wants to avoid the banking system while continuing with share dealing and also looking into bank accounts in the British Virgin Islands. What could possibly go wrong? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
