Brittany Ferries x Muddy Puddles

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION 

Muddy Puddles, whose head office is at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT and BAI

- BRETAGNE ANGLETERRE IRLANDE S.A., whose registered office is located at Port du Bloscon - BP 72 -

29688 ROSCOFF cedex, is organising a competition, the winner of which will be chosen by drawing a 

lot under the conditions defined below. The competition will take place from Friday 12th of September

to 3rd of October 2025.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

2.1. The competition is free of charge and open to any person, resident in United-Kingdom or abroad, 

regardless of nationality, with the exception of all persons who have participated in the preparation of 

the competition. 

2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms 

and conditions of these rules. 

2.3. Participation in the competition is limited to one entry per e-mail address during the competition. 

Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. 

2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these rules will result in the 

participant's participation being null and void.

ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION/ENTRY PROCEDURES

This game takes place on Adictiz, on the dates indicated in Article 1. Each participant must fill in the 

form displayed on the page to have a chance of winning the prize.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS 

The organiser, via the Adictiz platform, will draw the winner from all the completed forms. A random 

draw will be held during the competition period.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES

One winner of £750 Brittany Ferries travel voucher plus a £150 Muddy Puddles voucher. 

ARTICLE 6 - AWARDING OF PRIZES AND TERMS OF USE OF THE PRIZES

The organiser of the competition will only contact the winner selected by e-mail and will inform 

him/her of the procedures to follow to access his/her prize. Only the winner will be contacted. The 

winner will be contacted on or before the 10th of October. The winner must reply within two weeks of 

the e-mail being sent and provide his/her full contact details. If the winner does not reply within two 

weeks of the e-mail being sent, he or she will lose the prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, 

prize or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a substitute designated 

in the draw for the session concerned. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that 

they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will be acquired by the 

organiser. To this end, participants authorise all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact 

details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of 

identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition 

of the prize by the organiser. The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with 

the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. Furthermore, in the event that 

the organiser is unable to deliver the prize won to the winners, for whatever reason, the organiser 

reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants agree.

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY

The organiser shall not be held liable for the impossibility of contacting the winner, nor in the event of loss, 

theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by the persons who took part in the competition. 

Furthermore, the organiser of the competition declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur 

during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, in particular the 

enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with 

parental authority. The organiser reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify or cancel the 

competition, without being held liable. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment 

which will be posted on the site. The organiser declines all responsibility in the event of malfunction 

preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external acts of malice. 

The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the competition by mechanical or other means 

is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of its creator and user. 

The organiser may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form 

whatsoever, in particular in a computerised manner in the context of participation in the competition or 

the determination of the winner. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters 

and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 8 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The information collected by Brittany Ferries to register your participation in the game will be processed by 

computer for the purpose of managing the game. In the event that you give us your specific consent, we 

will also process your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes.

The data you send us will be kept for a period of 2 years.

The recipients of this data are our sales department.
