Was waiting for the judgement to arrive and payment to clear- I got £108. I was only one to turn up so I think, it was pretty difficult for them to win.
Judge wasn't convinced about Mazur and Stuart v Charles Russell Speechlys argument as he said the WS was not part of the litigation. Although he said the DQ and POC was, as all that is done online it is difficult to find out who completed it. Although he acknowledged that this was evolving.
Was convinced about the Chan arguments as I did paid for parking, evidenced in their pack, and the POC only stated a breach occurred and not the nature of the breach, i'e I didnt pay enough.
Photos of their signs were unreadable in their pack so we couldn't inspect the contract.
Lasted about 20 mins.
