1. This prize draw is open to everyone except for Liz Earle Wellbeing and Bingham Riverhouse employees and contractors (and their families), their associated companies, agents and anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands.
2. Prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
3. Entrants may be contacted by Liz Earle Wellbeing and Bingham Riverhouse in connection with this offer, and will be asked if they wish to opt in to receive marketing communications from Liz Earle Wellbeing and Bingham Riverhouse. 4. The winner’s details will be shared with Bingham Riverhouse so that they can arrange their prize.
5. A limit of one entry per person will apply.
6. No bulk, third party or automated entries are accepted.
7. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or are unable to be handed in because of any technical fault or other reason.
8. The start date of the prize draw is 1st September 2025 and the draw will close at midnight on 31st October 2025.
9. One winning entrant and a guest will receive an overnight stay in a River Room, a three-course lunch or dinner in the Riverhouse restaurant (excludes drinks), breakfast, a 60-minute signature treatment each, an infrared sauna session, and a bhuti wellbeing class.
10. The prize does not include travel to and from the hotel.
11. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked Sunday to Thursday and taken before the 31st March 2026. All dates will be subject to availability and will not include peak dates such as Rugby dates, Christmas Day or New Years Eve.
12. The winner may be requested to take part in publicity.
13. The prize is valid upon confirmation with Bingham Riverhouse. It must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable.
14. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash prize and we reserve the right to replace the prize for one of equal value without notice.
15. The winner will be contacted via email by the Liz Earle Wellbeing team. If no response is received by the Wellbeing team from the winner within one week of our email, we cannot guarantee that the prize will still be available.
16. Whilst Liz Earle Wellbeing is collaborating with Bingham Riverhouse in the administration of the prize draw, the prize is provided exclusively by Bingham Riverhouse. As such, Liz Earle Wellbeing cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the prize and is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the winner (or any other person) arising from or in connection with the prize.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
