Paid for wrong car park - Northern Ireland

RK has received a PCN as the driver parked in a different car park than the one that was paid for.

Normally I would tell them to ignore as per the advice here, however this happened a few times over a month or so,  so there's going to be a number of PCNs to deal with.

How to handle?
Jim.

Ignore anyway,  because no appeal will work,  no keeper liability in NI,  no revealing who was driving or anything about the incidents either

Yep you can ignore in NI.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Its a reasonable concern, but unless you intend to pay them all, in full, then your alternative is to ignore them,  due to no keeper liability in Northern Ireland  ( and you won't be telling anyone who was driving   )

If you are looking for a magic bullet, there isnt one

We can only give you the best advice,  the rest is down to you

    Doesn't matter.

Your Consumer Council has a template letter to put PPCs back in their box in NI.
