GOOD MORNING BRITAIN, LORRAINE, THIS MORNING AND LOOSE WOMEN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

•    Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/winwebsites (“Website”) on Friday 12 September 2025. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 3.00pm on Friday 19 September 2025. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00pm on Thursday 25 September 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
•    The Programme’s producers may call the winner once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation. 
•    By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the ITV’s General Terms. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted on-air, the winner will be contacted off-air in accordance with ITV’s General Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

•    PRTS Phone – call 09068 78 11 19 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

•    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER or APP to 81119; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

 

•    Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
•    Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
•    PayPal: follow the instructions on the Website.
•    Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
•    Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) may be applied or available, as stated on the Website. Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one prize of either: (i) a lump sum of eighty four thousand pounds (£84,000); or (ii) seven thousand pounds (£7,000) every month for one (1) year.

The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

The winner will be contacted by the Promoter shortly after the date they are initially notified of their win (“Confirmation Call”). During the Confirmation Call, the winner will have to:

 

●    decide whether they would like to take option (i) or (ii) above. Once the winner has notified the Promoter of their preferred option (i) or (ii), the decision is final and cannot be changed; and
●    provide the Promoter with the relevant details as explained below.

If the winner picks option (i) above, the winner shall provide the Promoter with the relevant details of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man bank account that they wish their prize money to be paid into (“Nominated Account”) as well as their full name and postal address. The sum of eighty four thousand pounds (£84,000) will be made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only into the Nominated Account. The winner must notify their bank in advance of the BACS transfer being made.  

If the winner picks option (ii) above, the following will apply:
●    The winner will be required to complete a prize claim form as provided by the Promoter (“Form”) and confirm: their full name, postal address, phone number, email address, details of their Nominated Account and/or any other information as specified in the Form.
●    The sum of seven thousand pounds (£7,000) will be made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only into the Nominated Account on the same date every month for one (1) year (12 months in total), such date to be mutually agreed between the Promoter and the winner during the Confirmation Call.
●    The winner will only be able to change the Nominated Account twice within the entire duration of the one (1) year payment period and will be required to submit a formal request in writing to the Promoter to do so. Please note that the new nominated bank account must be a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man bank account and that the Promoter will not pay the winner’s prize money into any bank account outside of these locations. The winner must notify the Promoter immediately when they become aware of any changes to their name, contact information or anything that could affect the payment being made into the Nominated Account and the winner will be required to provide evidence of such change(s). 
●    If the winner dies during the one (1) year period following the Confirmation Call, the remainder of the winner’s prize shall form part of the winner’s estate and shall be transferred to the winner’s executors in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction as set out in clause 10.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.  Please note that in this circumstance the winner’s prize may be subject to inheritance tax. ●    If the Promoter: (a) suspends, or threatens to suspend, payment of its debts, or is unable to pay its debts as they fall due or admits inability to pay its debts, or is deemed unable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986; (b) commences negotiations with all or any class of its creditors with a view to rescheduling any of its debts, or makes a proposal for or enters into any compromise or arrangement with its creditors; (c) a petition is filed, a notice is given, a resolution is passed, or an order is made, for or in connection with the winding up of the Promoter; or (d) an application is made to court, or an order is made, for the appointment of an administrator, or if a notice of intention to appoint an administrator is given or if an administrator is appointed, over the Promoter (“Event”), then the winner will become a creditor and will be paid in accordance with the insolvency laws of the relevant jurisdiction (as set out in clause 10.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms) in place at the time of the Event.
