Parkmaven limited filed DQ. (Same day Case Stay lifted )

Hi there I need a bit of help  with filling the N180 DQ received from CNBC.
I arrived at car park 21:20 on 9 November 2024
i left car park at 01:09 on 10 November 2024 on my way to a private function.
i have used the same car park many for gym sessions and there you enter car details on ARRIVAL which is free for 2 hours.

So I entered details and paid £2 ( which covers from 19:00  until 07:00)
but I’ve since see the signage says pay on exit.
I have bank evidence of payment. And have disputed the claim.
 

The amount they are claiming 
amount claimed £177.76
court fee.            £35
legal rep cost.     £50
 total amount.     £262.76

Download the N180 DQ document in pdf format , fill it in as advised by coupon mad in the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements,  and in her newbies sticky thread post 2 up there 

Save it,  attach it to an email to the DQ email address in the 8 steps,  adding the claim reference number and your name and address etc, send it to the CNBC and CC in the lawyers email  too  (  info@    DCBLegal   ?  )

See my signature. It tells you where to click to hop back to page one where you should have read the 'sticky' Announcement (pinned at the top) threads first.

Did you use our Template Defence? 

If yes, you were following the 8 steps then seem to have abandoned them!
