CCJ Set Aside Template

Hi, 

I'm looking for a template witness statement for the N244 form concerning a CCJ set aside on the basis of having never received a court hearing (in fact my first contact was 9 months post hearing when I randomly received a letter from DCBL). 

I have spent many hours looking through the newbie threads but have yet to find a simply default template to follow, everything is specific to the original thread poster. Any help on this would be appreciated, thank you. 
I am happy to provide more details pertinent to my particular case if wanted.

There are no template witness statements on mse,  everything is bespoke regarding that topic, be it a claim or a set aside.  That is why you cannot find one 

Coupon-mad

There isn't one. Things change. However the latest good ones all cite VCS v Carr so ONLY look at threads since May onwards.

e.g. I'd search for

CCJ VCS Carr witness

.. then change the search results to show NEWEST. You will see lots of good ones citing Carr and asking for the entire claim to be struck out plus their costs awarded.
