NS&I login page not working on 12 Sep25

Anyone else getting this error message?

Chrome & safari both giving same error
Used on iPad & mobile, error message is consistent

    same here, first thought cookies issue but even after deleting having this issue.  tried on different browser and also mobile.  its always a problem with NS&I as they dont give any heads up or have status page but they have posted a message on X

    Yes it is still down 5pm Friday, many hundreds of people have reported the problem to down detector this afternoon https://downdetector.co.uk/status/nsi/

    I checked around 7 pm. It was sporadically working.
    Login was successful, Dashboard page visible but technical error message when product links (Direct Saver, Guaranteed Bonds etc) were clicked.

    I have guaranteed bonds maturing today, received email at midnight, but no credit to the nominated account.
    Unfortunately, the NS&I customer service couldnt help either, since their systems were down too, not just the customer interface

    I've just managed to log in and successfully provide my maturity instructions on my Guaranteed Growth Bond (decided to close it as can get better rate elsewhere). Yesterday, I could log in but couldn't do this.
