Hi, I have read the Newbies thread and I have a question. It looks like the wife, who had taken the little ones out, took 15 minutes paying for a ticket (3 hours). She left 10 minutes after it's expiry. Should I include the parking ticket in my evidence in the initial appeal or leave it out for now?

So the paid for 180 minutes on site, plus the minimum 10 minutes grace period to leave, making 190 minutes as a minimum allowed time on site
How many minutes was the vehicle onsite ? , entry to exit ? ( too many redactions )
The pcn was issued due to insufficient payment, meaning that they think it was an underpayment, should have been more, in which case the proof of payment would be attached if it covered the full period of time onsite, entry to exit , not less
Your name is visible on that heavily redacted pcn
What do you expect to achieve by appealing ? Especially if the whole period isnt covered by the paid for ticket2 -
I'll try and replace it - struggling it.
Total time on site is 3 hours 25 minutes. Paid for 3 hours.
When you put it like that not sure I would succeed with them but want to not pay such an extortionate charge. I've missed the 14 day bribe. In that case - is it best to ignore, appeal or pay?0 -
