Many thanks to Rachie B, I have been booking these holidays for last 6 years and aways get a priority form in but never realised I could book online with them. Did wonder what the words on the coupons were for. Really must read things properly. A few times we have lost our money as we had been allocated a park which we weren't keen on but we had put it as one of our selections so just didn't go. The last few times I have just put the one park and several dates but have ended up with nothing. Today I booked Tummel Valley in Scotland which is lovely and got my 3rd choice date so not too bad. Something to look forward to. :T

Off to Dorset in May - thanks to everyone for your help - finally got through at 9.10am - site slow but working - watch out for the house number coming up in the first address line - it will tell you there is an error unless you correct it.

Big, big thanks to everyone on this board. Have just booked hols - could get either 1st choice park and 2nd choice date or the other way round - have booked 1st choice dates.

Have IMMEDIATELY received confirmation email.

Have tried booking again but it says there is a holiday already booked with that reference number.

yes its working but very very slow

got my furst choice park and second choice date. wouldnt let me book a second one, but still I am happy, but

And just got confirmation email

Site is slow but keep trying and enter different combinations of order for dates and locations to see if what you want is available. The one I wanted didn't come up straight away.

Won't let me book more than one on my priority ref. When I printed holiday confirmation, it has a small section under Payment Successful that says Booking Reference 941

Does this clarify or am I being totally air-headed this morning?!

I couldn't print anything out, so we're talking at cross-purposes I think!

I just checked my credit card and £38 is pending. Also as I typed this a confirmation email dropped in! Thanks everyone.
