Just crashed after putting in my payment details!!! Don't know if its booked or not.

Can anyone who successfully booked say whether (and if they did, when) they got email confirmation of their booking please?

i was doing it for my sis and my mum too. i think i've booked 2 holidays but the payment crashed. when i tried to get in again it said the ref was invalid, so i assume this means they have booked my holiday?

Got 1st choice park 2nd choice date so thats not too bad My OH will be please the poor !!!!!! waited up after work and didnt come to bed til 6:30am!! right time for me to fly like the wind to work now!! Good luck to everyone else!

Well, trust the site to go live while I was taking kids to school and dogs for walk! Have managed (after a few error messages) to book May Day weekend at Heacham - first choice so well chuffed! Tried for a second one just to see, but get message saying 'you have already booked a holiday with this reference'. Oh well, worth a try. And it looks like I'm the 941st person to have booked! Good luck to everyone else. Hope you get what you want

When I tried to login again it says (above where you put the reference number) 'You have already booked a holiday' - so we'll see, not totally convinced it all the details went thru. Might check my credit card online to see if £38 payment is 'pending'.

Yep I definitely think its working and crashing and working again

I seem to have booked a 4 night break in Ruda on 02/06. Site crashed after I logged in but when I reopened I was already logged in and then crashed again when I paid but wont let me in again as I have already booked a Sun Deal. :T :T :T (I think.

Which reference number? I'm confused now but then my head is already at the seaside....

Won't let me book more than one on my priority ref. When I printed holiday confirmation, it has a small section under Payment Successful that says Booking Reference 941

Does this clarify or am I being totally air-headed this morning?!
